Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2nd, 1981) is a South African actress, model and television personality. Brandt made her American debut on Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a historical drama. Her acting career as a New Zealander who appeared on Diplomatic Immunity. Over the past decade, the actress has been featured in many TV series, such as from Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Brandt is currently playing Mazikeen, a character in Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was born as a child in Cape Town South Africa. Later, in her late teens, she moved along with her parents to Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's career started as a fashion model after she was featured in television commercials and magazine advertisements. The rise of her to fame as a model began while she was working in retail and recruitment for information technology. In 2009, she was a part-time actress in an New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. In 2021, she made her first big appearance in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl, Naevia. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena She reprised her role Naevia. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she began to play an enigmatic bounty hunter called Mazikeen on the Netflix show Lucifer. She has played her the most significant role to the present.
